This installation typifies a growing sector of our market which is replacing & upgrading existing conservatories built 10 to 20 years ago when expectations were much lower and a large proportion of buildings were ‘budget’ built, occasional use spaces giving rise to the complaint “too hot in the summer – too cold in the winter”.

Although the ‘budget’ market still thrives for many companies we now have enhanced products and a focus on energy performance driving up standards particularly the advances in the latest glass technologies so we are able to offer a conservatory that is not 2nd class to more conventional extensions, but with the correct guidance on ventilation & heating systems will deliver 365 day, 24/7 comfortable living without compromise.

The existing timber conservatory may have been attractive in its day and enjoyed by our customer, however the constant maintenance, repairs to rotten frames and poor thermal performance meant it was time to bite the bullet and replace it with a conservatory that mirrored the property raising the quality standards to match if not exceed it.
